Pedestrians and bicyclists on sidewalk in front of hotel as well as cars on Main St. The hotel consists of a central block with a wing on either side, each with an "F" monogram in the center of the roof pediment. An awning covers each window as well as the storefronts on the ground level. "Mandell's Shoes" is visible on one of the awnings.
Message on front reads: "Sept. 10. 1908. / This is where I am stopping tonight. / Delightful country here among the Berkshire hills. / Regards to all / Yours, C. W. K."
Back is addressed to: "Miss. Susie Brown / Bellevue Ave. / Providence, R.I."
